🔓 NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE (Standard Lease)

Grant of Rights: Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-exclusive license to use the instrumental for one (1) song.

Permitted Uses: Release on all digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), Monetize the song , Live performances

Restrictions: Beat may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred, Beat may not be used for more than one song, Buyer may not claim ownership of the instrumental

Ownership & Credit: Producer retains 100% ownership of the instrumental

Credit required: “Produced by : LYFTED GENIUS”

Additional Use:  Any additional use requires purchase of a new license

👑 EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

Grant of Rights: Upon purchase, the buyer is granted exclusive rights to the instrumental.

Rights Included: Unlimited streams and sales, Full distribution and monetization, Exclusive use of the beat

Producer Rights: Producer retains songwriting/publishing share

Producer credit is required:  “Produced by LYFTED GENIUS”

Beat Removal: Upon purchase of an exclusive license, the producer will remove the beat from all storefronts.

🎚️ MIXING & MASTERING TERMS

💵 Payments

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required before work begins and will be applied towards full price.

Remaining balance is due after approval and before final delivery

No refunds once work has started

🔁 Revisions

Includes 2 free revisions

Additional revisions may incur an additional fee

📂 File Delivery

Final high-resolution files are delivered after full payment

Stems or alternate versions are not included unless stated

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and revision requests.

🎧 Client Responsibility

Client confirms they own or have permission to use all audio files provided and releases the producer from any copyright claims related to client-provided material.

🎛️ Mastering Disclaimer

Mastering results depend on the quality of the mix provided. No guarantees are made regarding loudness or competitive level if the source material is substandard.
